Ciara and Russell Wilson Selling Two Homes

This week NFL quarterback Russell Wilson was cut by the Denver Broncos just two years after being traded to Denver from the Seattle Seahawks [click here if you missed that].

Russell and his wife Ciara immediately put their Denver mansion up for sale, but they still haven't even sold the house from their time in Washington with the Seahawks...

From NY Post
Russell Wilson is apparently dealing with baggage from both of his career divorces.
The soon-to-be free agent quarterback and his wife Ciara are trying to sell their $25 million Denver mansion after Wilson was cut by the Broncos on Monday, according to The Daily Mail.
Separately, the couple has yet to sell their other home in Washington, which hit the market for $36 million in the spring of 2022 — around the time Seattle traded Wilson to Denver in a blockbuster five-year, $242.6 million deal in March.
Wilson and Ciara’s property in Bellevue, a city across Lake Washington from Seattle, reportedly decreased to $26 million and is still on the market.
The Seattle residence sits on 1.89 acres and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Last month, BusinessDen reported that Wilson and Ciara were accepting offers, and providing tours to prospective buyers for their mansion in Cherry Hills Village — which became the most expensive home ever sold in the Denver area when the couple paid $25 million for it in April 2022.

They got enough money for 12 more homes. Russ was the highest paid player in the NFL.

Athletes need to stop buying homes each time they get traded. I would buy one in a State I love and rent everywhere else even if I can afford it. Then this type of stuff won’t happen.

They'll be alright.

7:07, That's a bad move because there is no equity in renting and no collateral either. Renting makes the owner rich, not you. Buying a home where you work isn't a bad idea if you plan on staying more than a year. They are very rich and so selling two homes is nothing.

Are these homes located in cities that are desired for many ppl to purchase at that price point? Maybe he can get one of his teammates to purchase.
