Macy sets the record straight, insisting everything has been misconstrued...
In a video shared on Instagram Macy claims, for the second time, that her son would never put his hands on her and is not that type of guy.
Macy also corrected quotes attributed to her daughter concerning her son's alleged abuse, claiming they were taken out of context to make it appear that her brother was getting physical, when the actual abuse was verbal in nature.
Macy explained that the document filed was a 'move out' order not a restraining order, because her 27-year-old son refuses to get his own place, and move out orders and restraining orders fall under the same category in the jurisdiction where it was filed.

The fact that she had to essentially evict her grown child is very telling. Also, verbal abuse tends to escalate, so the fact that he was yelling enough to warrant the eviction also says something. Basically, Macy Gray just confirmed that her son ain't sh_t.

I saw a story where a dude beat and Graped his mother after him and his girlfriend had an argument and she left him at his momma house! Listen we have got to start reporting and holding these fools accountable but I know some don’t report because they are afraid of retaliation

08:30 this could also be some sort of reckoning for those mothers, grandmothers, etc that coddle these males and their sick behavior. These guys actually resent their mothers. My nephew has been arrested and charged in 3 DIFFERENT states for preying on young women. I don't want to even think about the women that did not go to the police. I mentioned my concerns about him to his mother, but she just dismissed it as those young women were lying on him! She even bailed him out of jail all 3 times. Her son hates her and she knows it, but as long as he takes his rage out on other women, she's cool with it. It's just a matter of time.....

We just had an incident here in Illinois where a young black man killed his entire family including mom, 3 sisters, brother, aunt and uncle plus random people! As mothers you can't smother your sons thinking you're saving or protecting him!
@10:29 AM, I heard about it on WVON. I believe he traveled to multiple homes to commit the killings.
It is not uncommon for families to ignore or make excuses for troublesome family members. They let stuff go on and on until they can't take it anymore or worse.

Macy had a raging addiction at one time. I don't know if she's now clean but if what her daughter says is true, that Macy's son is an alcoholic, I wouldn't put it past Macy to cover for him because that's what addicts do. I hope things end up working out for all of them. Family disagreements are always difficult.
Her son looks special Ed to me. That's why you groom your kids to hit the door when they become of age. Nobody should be living at home after 21 unless they are taking care of their elderly parents.
