In a nearly hour long, and sometimes unhinged, chat Nicki blasts Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez for promoting Megan's diss track using bots and fake streams.
Nicki also said 'HISS' wouldn't be headed to No.1 if it wasn't connected to her and that Megan should be embarrassed.
Nicki told Joe Budden that Megan was looking for a "Rihanna moment" after the incident with Tory Lanez, but unlike Rihanna Meg needs sympathy to keep her career going.
Later Nicki insisted her response, 'Big Foot,' was just a joke rap she made up in the spur of the moment on Instagram Live and never expected it to go viral.
Nicki also said the new girls feel comfortable dissing her because they got the green light from the higher ups.
