I’m not sure why, but when these pop/R&B folks go over to country, they sound like a parody of country music, like they’re trying to sound as twangy and banjo-y as possible. It comes off forced and dated.
She sounds good
The twang she added to her voice does sound goofy, I'm not seeing it for her, but good luck
Country music like everything else was stolen by the true minority 12% caucasoid infant troglodytes.
Taking our music back. Thank you.
It sounds nice
I’m rooting for her and Beyonce
The music doesn’t have to be traditional
Change has to start somewhere
It was ours originally anyway
Just release the music. Don't turn it into a gimmick. Brittney Spencer and Mickey Guyton are doing just fine without turning the genre into a "let's see if they like my country songs and let me in". Just release the music and let it speak for itself.
No, thank you. Please stop.

This is a good fit for K Michelle and her voice has always had that country twang. I hope she goes far because this is her lane.
It took her forever to put the music out. She been talking about it for over 10yrs.
Where are the actual musicians on these tracks? Banjo, fiddle, guitar? I've never heard of a DJ ho down
Sounds better than that garbage beYAWNce put out
Not for nothing but M country songs SOUND like country songs...Bey just needs to go back to the lab or release something that sounds COUNTRY!
