Last week Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion name dropped 'Megan's Law' in reference to Nicki Minaj's husband in her explosive diss track 'HISS [click here if you missed that].'
Richard Kanaka, the father of Megan Kanaka who the law was named after, is offended by Megan's verse...
Richard Kanaka tells TMZ he has not listened the the song, but read the lyrics and found the use of Megan's Law as a punchline distasteful.
Kanaka tells TMZ he is considering legal action against the rapper.
Nicki Minaj also referenced Megan's Law in her clap-back.

Sorry for his loss but he needs to stay away from things he doesn't understand.
This is not a diss track about his daughter. If anything it exposes those who give shelter to child molesters.
White folks
I need those yt folks to go sit down somewhere. That is all. RIP Megan.
Snitch keep putting up these two clowns videos. I can't give them another minute of my life. So I don't need the reference but this beef is costing these two a lot.
Publicity and awareness can only help this man’s cause.
This man is confused and I'm not sure why he inserted himself in something he didn't even bother to listen to. I'm willing to bet there's some racism mixed in with ignorance that's driving his response.
Actually the song made people go read and learn what Megan's Law is. Instead of just knowing of the sex offenders list, its brought light to her case and why people have to get on sex offenders list.
Are we forgetting that the artist's name is also Megan? She used it as a double entendre'. It's left up to interpretation. The last name of the little girl wasn't used. The name of a PUBLIC LAW was. A lawyer could also argue that the line is also referencing Megan Thee Stallion's rules to speaking negatively about her. So sir, good night.
@10:00AM It has been said that he is a huge MAGA supporter and hates blick people and rap music. So your spidey senses may be accurate.
They are dumb..most people never heard of that law until now. But they are also YT. And they always offended by whatever we do that’s make money for us and not them.🎯
Well TMZ asked him. So he has a right to his opinion. And I'm sure he is being honest when he says he found it distasteful.
The same people always crying and screaming about give me respect are the same ones that never give it.
It was very disrespectful to use Megan's Law in her trashy a** rap song. That law was born from the r*pe and murder of a little girl (and atrocities against other innocent kids ) , the pain and horror felt by their families and the country as a whole.
The audacity to use that law in a rap song , to monetize that law in a rap song is beyond disrespectful. It only shows her flawed character and lack of empathy and class.
Yet another reason , on a long list of reasons why people should never support these trash a** rappers
Exactly 218 of all things to rap about, why rap about that? Just because she has the same name? Well if she is not rapping about sex then I guess this is what we get smh and I do not support these trash rappers but they are thrown in our face every day on here
He’s reaching
It was one line. Settle dung.
Fukk that racist and his feelings. Don’t care, won’t care…EVER 🤣
