This week Love & Marriage Huntsville cast member Martell Holt was arrested in Madison County, AL on domestic violence charges for 3rd degree harassing communications [click here if you missed that].
Martell adamantly denies the claims...
The official statement released to The Jasmine Brand reads,
“We would like to issue an official statement regarding the recent allegations against Martell Holt concerning harassment text messages to his accuser, dating back to August 2022. It is with great concern that we address these accusations. Martell Holt adamantly denies any intentional harm or harassment towards the Accuser. We believe that these allegations are the result of a misunderstanding, and we are confident that the legal process will ultimately vindicate Mr. Holt.”And continued,
“Martell remains committed to being a devoted father and maintaining a positive and healthy co-parenting relationship with Ms. Rodgers and Ms. Curry for the well-being of their children. Despite the challenges presented, Martell will continue to focus on his role as a responsible parent and contribute positively to his community. We urge the public and media to approach this matter with fairness and sensitivity, considering the impact such allegations can have on individuals and their families.”
“We are confident that, as the legal proceedings unfold, the truth will emerge, and Martell Holt will be exonerated. We appreciate your understanding and respect for Martell’s privacy during this challenging time. Further updates will be provided through official channels.”

There’s no misunderstanding. He sent his ex wife Melody Rodgers a screen shot of an intimate video they took of her pleasuring him. The screen shot was set as a warning to her to stop responding to the lies was putting out about her having had an affair while they were living together as husband and wife. HE was the one who cheated for almost 12 years straight, had a steady girlfriend for five years, told Melody to “get used to it,” AND then had a baby with Curry Goat, getting her pregnant right after Melody had their fourth child. He sent a copy of that tape to his concubine, and told her to put it out, using a fake IG page with a man’s name. He wanted it to look like Melody was pleasuring a stranger, instead of him! He admitted sending the screenshot to Melody on a live interview, and his concubine admitted being in possession of the video, showing it to family and friends. She said she would have released it but didn’t, only because her baby’s father was in the video. All of this info has been made public by THEM. When Melody got the news in 2023 about what the plan was for that tape, she immediately went to the authorities. His “so called statement” is BS. He was trying to hurt that woman, would have hurt that woman and the only reason the tape was not released is because the side piece didn’t want to put her man and his “tiny self” on blast. The ex calls him ”lil buddy.” This man and his side of coleslaw are sick people. Hope she gets arrested too and they both do time. Between these fools there are six children involved, something he was not concerned about at the time, it now wants privacy after going public with his concubine who told the WORLD how he “chows down” on her from the front to the byke.
