From Radar Online
Kevin Hart demanded his lawsuit against Tasha K for alleged civil extortion NOT be delayed due to the blogger’s ongoing bankruptcy battle with Cardi B.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the comedian asked a court to allow his civil lawsuit to move forward despite Tasha being in the middle of a Chapter 11 case.
Kevin said he refused to pay and called the police to file a report. He fired off a cease and desist to Tasha that warned her Miesha was under a non-disclosure agreement and the interview was not only defamatory but a breach of the agreement.
Tasha blew off the legal threat and published the video. The ruling is pending.

@2:51 You Got That Right!!! The Last Time Kevin Hart Accused Someone Of Extortion, HE Was Proven To Be A Liar, Who Was Trying To Deflect That He Cheated On His Then Pregnant Wife With Another Woman During Her Birthday Weekend... Kevin Is A Scummy, Low Down A$$hole, Who Is Ahead Of Tasha K In The Line Of Disgusting People!!!
Don't feel sorry for Kevin's wife. She knew he was a scummy, low down a$$hole when she met him. She knew because she was one and the same. Was he supposed to change because he married her? Nope. What comes around, goes around.
👀👀
Go Tasha.
Your employee having an NDA and breaking it has nothing to do with Tasha… the anger is misdirected. But if TK tried to really extort him, that’s different
