I have seen one Tyler Perry movie in my life time. That was one too many.
Errbody getting that Netflix money.
This looks like one of those Tubi movies. Kelly's acting is improving but she still needs to study and practice more because she always looks as if she's about to start laughing during all of her scenes. She's just not convincing.
I may check this one out, since Tyler/Madea is not in it.

@ the first 12:09. Me, too. I came in on a movie with Edris and Gabrielle by accident. I didn't know it was TP's till the end. It wasn't half bad. Still, I haven't and won't watch another one.
Thank goodness Perry isn't getting any other gems like FOR COLORED GIRLS.... I'll never understand how they let him *adapt* (rewrite!) that masterpiece. Maybe they've learned their lesson. I wonder why they didn't let him remake the Color Purple. Would have been a good fit. Anyway, I'll skip this "thriller" like all the rest.
Some of Tyler's movies are really good but he's a hit or miss. The Diary of a Mad Black Woman, The Family That Preys, Good Deeds, Temptation, Acrimony, A Fall From Grace, and Madea's Family Funeral were all really really good. The rest of his movies couldn't keep my attention and hopefully Mea Culpa will be good.
Kelly's pretty but dry and stiff AF and anything Tyler does has cornball written all over it. Hard Pass.

Kelly is simply stunning, that's about it. She seems incredibly subdue and boring in everyway. All I got for Tyler is, he hire black folks which is awesome! That's all I got. His work and movies are just awful!
12:09 PM Errybody getting that Netflix's money because errybody canceling their netflix's subscriptions because the offerings are trash, now Netflix's needs to pull in the stars to help save them and the stars they're choosing to call and pay really aren't doing any better. Money wasted
I wish Kelly would stop messing around and agree to do that Donna Summer biopic already.
Kelly's got no talent as an actress. N-o-n-e. Donna needs someone who can do more than sing.

He hires Black people because no Whites nor Asians will work for him. I’d love to hear about an Hawaiian or Latino being in one of the movies he’s written. Let’s see him make a fool out of one of them.
And don’t let him put some Jews in his movies. I can see a Hasidic Jew now having a meal with Medea. Perry is too scared to make that movie, ain’t he?
