Now the accuser wants to add Takeoff's mother to the lawsuit...
From All Hip Hop
The woman who filed a lawsuit alleging that the late rapper Takeoff sexually assaulted her in 2020, two years before his death, is seeking to substitute the rapper’s mother, Titiana Davenport, as the defendant in the suit.
The original complaint was filed in August 2020 in Los Angeles Superior Court. The woman accused Takeoff of sexual assault during a party in an Encino home on June 23, 2020.
The plaintiff’s lawsuit details how Takeoff allegedly made several advances on the night of the incident, which she rejected. Despite making it clear that she was not interested, the lawsuit alleges that the rapper followed her into a bedroom and forced himself on her.
He vehemently denied the allegations, and the L.A. County District Attorney’s office declined to press charges due to insufficient evidence.
The Migos rapper was tragically shot to death on November 1, 2022, at a Houston bowling alley before the lawsuit could be resolved.
Last week, attorneys representing the woman filed court papers demanding that Takeoff’s mom, acting as the administrator of her son’s estate, replace her late son in the lawsuit.

What justice can you receive from a dead man? Where can a line be drawn? Some of thse lawsuits are insane. If there were no charges due to lack of evidence what does she expect now?
WoW
Well...it won't happen again.
If "Get The BAG By Any Means Necessary" was A Person.
She's following the money... his $26 million estate was left to his parents.
Why not?
AHhhhh....she walked into a bedroom at a party with him following her. Now that was a real trap.

@ 4:25 PM… That Part
Can’t be proven. Can’t cross-examine the perpetrator. If it wasn’t for bad luck she wouldn’t have no luck at all.
Pragmatically, if the evidence can place the plaintiff and defendant in the same location (date and time); while there wasn't a preponderance of evidence to press criminal charges--evidence of some sort exists. The case becomes a civil matter instead of a criminal... less burden of proof. She might actually prevail. Recall OJ was cleared criminally, but he still had to payoff Nicole's and the other guy's family in the civil suit.
^^^Bad analogy. They were going to get OJ on something whether right or wrong.
5:36 pm good thinking folks want to find a way to be outraged. I understand a lot of black ppl in the black community do not have estates when they pass away so this is unheard of and folks think this is new but it’s not! Estates get sued all the dam time! He passed away while in the middle of a lawsuit so therefore the lawsuit goes on and you put the executor of the estate on the suit this is not something that is uncommon !!!! It’s no conspiracy to take down take off and tarnish his good name and whatever tf folks want to say this was in the process before he passed. Just because you pass on don’t mean you can’t still be held accountable financially if you have an estate.
^^^^ Someone understands the legal system.
^^^^But what someone doesn’t seem to understand is that this was a “he said/she said” case and he ain’t around to said.
Everybody trying to get paid...
