Last month Cassie settled a $30 million civil lawsuit against Diddy [click here if you missed that] and now Ryan says Cassie is preparing to go out on tour...
From TMZ
Cassie's ex-boyfriend and former collaborator Ryan Leslie says they're about to resume their relationship on the music front, as she prepares to hit the road.
TMZ Hip Hop caught up with RLes Tuesday in NYC, and we asked if he'd seen anything in the past that would corroborate the allegations in Cassie's lawsuit against Diddy, which they recently settled.
Ryan says he and Cassie reconnected at the end of 2017 when their ex-manager Ed Woods died and it's clear they've stayed in touch since then. He gave us a big update, revealing she's planning on making a music comeback in the form of a tour, which could also mean there's new music on the horizon.

On "Tour" to do what? We all know that girl has no talent, just enjoy the settlement in obscurity. No one and I mean no one wants to see that happen, but I guess she's trying to capitalize off of being in the media again. PLEASE DON'T!
nobody wants to hear/see that. however many millions she got should be enough for her to sit down somewhere!
i didn't click but nice to see rles is still around, i guess. the other day i briefly wondered what he's been up to since "diamond girl" and cassies desertion. but promptly forgot.
Can’t she just go sit down and be rich and pretty
Not worth it Cassie the choices you made were bad for your life but okay for your pockets. You can’t go back the time has passed, the market is not the same
Great for her.
I am in no way shape form or fashion a "victim shamer", however would she had allowed the things that allegedly occurred if the man were broke? Let's not pretend being with him didn't provide her with perks and a lifestyle that she really enjoyed, there are 3 sides to every story, not saying I doubt her story, because it's highly probable, but she was there and stayed for the benefits.

She slept her way to the top of $30 million. Great for her.
No Cassie do not do this. How many songs do you have to tour? And where will you have them in a bathroom stal or a closet. Cause those are the only places you need enough room for. No one wants to see you that way.
She can't sing or dance. Who's wasting their money to see that?
@9:17 if you’re not a “victim shamer” then why are you shaming the victim? Sexual and psychological abuse happens to women in abject poverty every day and they aren’t hanging around for the benefits and the lifestyle. They stay because their minds are trapped, just like Cassie’s.
@ 10:01 was Cassie in abject poverty? Neither you or I know the reason she stayed, however as I stated I'm sure the benefits and lifestyle played a large part for her, this conversation is about her not women in abject poverty, because dollars to donuts she would not have been with him broke!
Broke women stay in abusive situations every day. It’s a psychological hold and women believe they can’t leave.
Glad to hear Cassie is still chasing her dreams. If she cool with it. I’m cool with it too. Do your thing Cassie Pooπ€
TOUR??? π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£ NO THANKS LOVE, WE'RE GOOD. GO BUY SOMETHING.
I agree with the comments. She only had one mediocore song that I can remember.
Enough with bashing this woman. She was a child when Diddy tricked her out, got her on drugs, promised her a career, bought her nice things/place to live. She tried to leave many times and he forced her back. Stop with the bashing. Ignorant a$$es.
Whatever. I remember this clearly. Diddy didn't steal anything. She was dating and left Ryan Leslie to go be with the man with bigger pockets and better connections for the sake of her career. There's no crime in that. But she also stayed because those big pockets provided a certain lifestyle she became accustomed to. Her parents were also on board the whole time because they reaped some benefits. This is why those photos and abuse allegations weren't revealed earlier. That Diddy lifestyle has now made her a very wealthy woman before the age of 40 without having to actually do any real work. Don't get it twisted. She was a victim but she was also a willing participant at one point. So now that she's "won" she needs to go sit her tail down somewhere because her career wasn't popping then and won't pop now.

^^^ You are either a victim or a willing participant. One cancels out the other.
@ 11:03 Thank you, I know common sense isn't common , but you're chock full of common sense.
Take your 30 million and go sit down

No, it does not.
You're a willing participant when you decide to remain in a detrimental situation, despite knowing and understanding there are other options, and you fail to exercise those options, or you choose not to remain in that situation when it's possible to do so. You're a victim once someone uses your lapse in judgement to take advantage of you in a way that's permanently detrimental or damaging.
Cassie knew enough at her young age to go with the man who was more successful and well-off than the one she was currently with, and she remained there because she didn't want to loose the perks of being with that man. That man recognized her vulnerability and flipped it on her, making sure she wouldn't want to leave, less she lose those same perks.
That's the basics of a willing participant - victim dynamic. If you want to remain ignorant, do so, but the facts are clear. She didn't have a gun to her head on day one and stuck around for a decade afterward. Nobody said she wasn't victimized but please stop acting like she had zero options and was an unwilling prisoner the entire time.
Can she saaaaang? Or, just sing? There is a difference.
What 11:50 AM said.
Diddy abused her loyalty for sure. And rhe situation that was supposed to be a come up turned into a dance with the devil. Maybe she should sing gospel music. Undo the evil.
TMZ should go straight to Cassandra if they just wanted some info on Cassandra. Stop being phony and stalking random people that knew or know her, pretending to be interested in them and what they have going on, when you really want to know what's up with her.
What she gon sing? Diddy’s greatest hits! ππΏπ€πΎπ©π»πΆπ΅π
Ryan ain't over Cassie yet?
What 11:03 AM said.
Also go on tour to do what exactly? go sit down somewhere and enjoy your money.
Whatever for? She only had one song that was popular and it wasn’t even that great. Does she have tour worthy music?

If you don't want to be seen as a "victim shamer", DON'T make victim shaming comments. π Wanting access to people who can help you advance your career ISN'T a license for abuse.
“You’re a willing participant when you decide to stay in a detrimental situation.” Oh lawdy! Tell that to the people battling human trafficking! The ignorance on this site is astounding. So Casandra decided to accept being brutalized up to an inch of her existence because she enjoyed the lifestyle? Flying private was worth near death? Wasn’t no “decision” about staying. Was twisted and mentally trapped.
People who are trafficked are usually blackmailed and held against their will. They don't attend galas and balls and fly in private jets and hobnob with millionaires and hang out in music studios wit their own writers and have private chefs and makeup artists and personal shoppers and wear designer clothes and have their own bodyguards and drivers and get to spend time alone with their family during the holidays. And if they did all that and stayed where they are then they're no longer being trafficked. That makes them a willing participant. Dummy!
I'm pretty sure Cassie didn't like the poor treatment but she didn't seem to mind all the rich accommodations either.
The one thing people rarely discuss is the fact that Cassie was eventually able to leave Diddy and moved on to a whole nother man with no problems from him. So did he let her leave or did she escape? And right after she left she didn't file a police report or mention any of this abuse publicly for years, and when she did speak up, it was about getting money from him and beating a deadline. So this whole thing just smells fishy due to the timing.
@10:31 How do you know what she minded? She was surviving under psychological control and extreme sexual abuse. Sounds like you would have traded places with her for the “goodies”. Dummy.
@10:52 Nothing fishy. Take a look at Harvey Weinstein and the Me Too movement. It took years and years for 5hose women to come forward.
Who asked for this? Cassie NEEEEW music? Please don't. Mr. Fine need to be concerned he dont get left on the chop board. Her getting back with the old love of her life for a collabo is not what's up.
