Good for them.
Bless their hearts. I can’t imagine having a baby in my 40s. I want mine grown by then. I would not have the energy or bones to keep up 😫.
I like them as a couple, if this true congratulations to them.
I wish I would have someone's baby in my 40s. Still, congrat's to the happy couple. Here's hoping it's a healthy baby if it's true.
Awww I love this for them!!!
Why is having a baby in your 40s cute? It's kind of lame. Especially with a man that's wasted over 15 years of your life and won't marry you.
Why do people care that a 40 year old who is financially and physically able to raise a child is pregnant? Most of you had kids in your twenties and thirties but ca barely take care of them.
90s romance? Uhm, wasnt Ashanti like 10 years old in the 90s? Maybe Nelly was popping in 1999 but definitely not Ashanti. Whoever wrote this article need to recheck their timeline cuz Ashanti aint come out with her debut "Happy" until 2002/2003.
Haters! At least she's carrying her baby unlike Beyodel for her first born. They look happy. God luck you them.
They stay laughing. I wonder if their jaws ever get sore.
My cousin had his last child when he was 44 and he spent more time feeding, changing diapers. reading and doing things with his last son, then he did with his 3 kids he had in his 20's because he was working nonstop to establish his business. He is just a completely different man and dad now.
Ashanti and Kelly Rowland cant ever have a post without someone bringing up Beyonce. Sad.
Look if she wants to have a baby in her fortnight that’s her. Some woman in Africa just had a set of twins at 70.
Ashanti was on the scene in the late 1990s. I remember people comparing her to Beyonce back then. Ashanti was in a couple music videos including one from KRS-One in 1995. Her mama was a dancer and pushed or helped her into the industry. She was around in the 90s.
@1:06 Insightful observations. I find that often to be the case too. Men are often much more involved and willing to take on the physical aspects of childrearing when they get past the age of 35. Good for your cousin!
