Backtracking is not a good look. We all know the truth.. Usher has already been outted in the herpesgate investigation. Now what you need to do is keep your mouth shut and let your lawyers talk at this point.
First , Darius is a f--ing dumb ass , allowing himself to be manipulated and triggered. An emotional man is a liability to himself and others.

When I posted that , I really didn't know the facts and still don't know the facts because as everyone knows , there are three sides to every story. Person A's side , Person B's side and the truth.
IMHO , Darius allowed himself to be manipulated so she could get full custody and not have to pay child support. If he had played his cards right like , say ................ Gabriel Aubry or Kevin Federline , he would have been set but he let his emotions rule him .
Why does anyone care if Usher was called gay or bi while KeKe was being tossed through her home by her son's father! Those court documents told us all we needed to know about Usher and it's an afterthought. Who cares who he sleeps with.

Her mother only shared what the whole world been saying about Usher and the rest of those Hollyweird men. It's not like she walked in on him doing the do. If you noticed, she followed the statement up with saying Darius knows nothing about the industry. Of course she's going to apologize. She unknowingly publicized her opinion about Usher's personal business. It was the right thing to do. But her anger towards Darius looks worse for his case. She was talking like a mother trying to protect her baby.
