Last week actress KeKe Palmer was granted a restraining order against her ex, Darius Jackson, and temporary sole custody of their son after accusing Darius of domestic violence with video surveillance proof [click here if you missed that].
Darius denies the claims...
From TMZ
Keke Palmer's ex, Darius Jackson, is denying her bombshell abuse allegations -- and is levying his own claims against her mother ... whom he insists threatened to put a bullet in his head.
Sources close to Darius tell TMZ the latest issue between the couple stems from an argument over the custody of their infant son, Leo. Per our sources ... Darius had texted Keke about going to pick up his son to watch football last Sunday -- but when he arrived to Keke's place, Leo wasn't there.
From there, an argument between Darius and Keke ensued, and at some point, Keke got her mom, Sharon, on the phone and put her on speaker -- and we're told Sharon was screaming/cussing Darius out. It was during that time when Sharon allegedly told Darius she'd put a bullet in his head ... which brought things to another level.
Darius then attempted to wrestle Keke's phone away from her -- which our sources say is what's depicted in one of KP's exhibits from her restraining order filing last week ... which shows them tussling and struggling on the couch.
We're told Darius absolutely denies abusing Keke ... and our sources say cops even came over and didn't find any probable cause to arrest him for DV. They didn't even file a report, we're told ... which our sources say backs up DJ's account.
We're told Darius' mother caught wind of the bullet to the head threat, and texted Sharon over it.
In any case, our sources say Darius is sticking to his story ... and that denies the recent allegations of abuse. A judge, of course, felt a temporary restraining order was warranted.
A source close to Keke Palmer tells us Darius Jackson made his way into her home that Sunday and began to cuss Keke out as she was on the phone with Sharon. We're told Sharon made the threat about the bullet because she feared for her daughter's safety and couldn't be there in person to protect Keke.

That’s what they always say.
Messy! But as they say: His side, her side and the truth.
And who wrote this trashy piece of journalism, talking about "cussing" somebody out? Since when is writing Ebonics is appropriate for a so-called reputable news source? This is exactly what THEY think of US; that we can't comprehend proper English and need it simplified. SMMFH.
Hmmmmm . looks like someone's story is going to start falling apart soon................
^^2:15pm It's so not that serious...gone over to the WSJ instead of being on RWS
Seemed like enough was needed for a judge to grant her a restraining order and full custody.
This doesn't help his case. Her mother would threaten him if he was putting hands and feet on her daughter. Just like a father would physically threaten bf in that case.
^^^ I don't expect anything to be sensibly written on RWS. I was referring to TMZ since they wrote the original article. Now STFU and know what you're quacking about before you start quacking, lame duck.
The short recording of the mother helps Keke, not Darius. That's something a mother would say only if she knew he was capable of hurting her daughter. I heard the clip. Mama Palmer said that sh!t with conviction!
Ninja we see you hitting her
He's trash!! I stand with KeKe and her mother.
bro there is video
@2:15 TMZ is not a reputable news source that uses correct English. Lower your expectations when dealing with trash.
well that kinda changes things. so basically, he showed up to pick his son up. so far so good. The kid isn't there but Keke is, according to the stills she's naked on her couch. Means she let him in, or she opened the door like that and went back to lie down on the couch. If you're laying down on the couch you're not alert, so she didn't feel any danger lying down naked in front of him. They argue, she calls her mom. Again, that's not a violent argument if she's calling her mom laying down on the couch naked or half naked. then he tries to grab her phone, or snatches it. That's what we see in the stills. That's not DV yet mind you. once he lunges I agree that's bad that's DV. But in this scenario I don't see a woman scared for herself, Keke is not afraid of him at that point. rightly so or wrongly so maybe? So i say take everthing with a grain of salt and see what makes more sense. don't take anyone's word 100%
