This week actor Will Smith denied claims made by his former personal assistant, Brother Bilaal, claiming Will and actor Duane Martin were lovers [click here if you missed that].
Duane pointedly will not be making a response...

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Duane has no plans to publicly respond to the claim, because the allegations are so ridiculous.
Will's team is denying the allegation, telling us ... "This story is completely fabricated and the claim is unequivocally false." They also said Will is weighing his legal options.
Meanwhile, Will's wife was more definitive ... we got Jada Wednesday morning in NYC, and she told us the Smiths are, indeed, planning to respond with a lawsuit.
Bottom line for Duane, though ... he won't dignify the whole mess with a response.

What can he say? There's no smoke without fire. Better to keep quiet and let the whole thing die down till the next big storm. .

No proof of any thing he has said. Does it even matter, Will has made his money. Who cares what he does behind closed doors. What does Bilal do behind closed doors tell that
He dont care. Duane is set for life. I wish I had some rich friends right now because this inflation is pure madness!
You may as well keep quiet Duane. A lot of us old heads knew about y'alls relationship. The only thing we were in the dark about was who played catcher and who played receiver. But that's been cleared up.
I don't agree with all the mess that Duane Martin has been involved in through the years but I agree with his decision not to feed into the media...just let it go and allow Will to file a lawsuit. Ain't no comments gone change people perception ...it's out there!

I like Duane’s approach… never had any comments on his businesses, his marriage/divorce, his friends and their marriages, etc. so he clearly knows how to stay out of publicity and media.
