After the settlement was reached, Combs’ attorney, Ben Brafman, reacted:“Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing. Mr. Combs‘ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”

This law expires 11/22/2023, so expect to see a few more lawsuits in the coming days.
Once Cassie's case was filed, all of those allegations become public record and there was enough details for people to start putting things together to figure out that there was a lot of truth in the filing. Not to mention, folks are **side eyeing** all of the folks in his circle whole enable him on a daily basis. She took a huge risk by actually filing the case and taking the settlement probably saved her life, because now if something happens to her, EVERYONE will be looking at him.

Cassie's lawyer had to have had some damning evidence and proof in his discovery, way more shocking than the details Cassie provided. Way too many celebrities coming out against him so I'm sure there were statements, pictures, video retrieved.
