According to public records Tory checked into North Kern State Prison on September 19, 2023.
North Kern is located in Delano, CA, about 145 miles from Los Angeles.
Tory was sentenced to 10 years in prison for negligent discharge of a firearm, assault with a semiautomatic firearm, and carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm.

So glad he got denied bond. He is the type to not learn his lesson. Had he been granted bond he would have taken it as a sign that he is the man, he got over and that he is smarter than everyone else. Granting him bail would have skyrocketed his narcissism. The judge got this one right.
