Rapper Roddy Ricch has demanded he be granted joint custody of the child he shares with his ex-girlfriend Alexandra Kiser, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, The Box rapper has responded to the Petition to Determine Parental Relationship filed by Kiser.
In his response, the rapper admitted he is the father of the 3-year-old.
He then requested joint legal and physical custody of the child. Ricch did not address the other allegations in this filing but did ask the court to order they split the legal fees associated with the case.
The battle is ongoing.

The funny thing is that judges see through that mess. It doesn't help lower child support.
I see no honorable intention behind his "joint custody" just trying to cut down on the child support is all. I seriously doubt he really cares about that child.
He just don't want to pay child support, he ain't slick and y'all slow if you think his intention is honorable.
Whether his intentions are honorable or not, he's the father and deserves joint custody. And her child support will be reduced as a result. And his mama will be with the child more than him. And there will be other women prancing around the child. Remember that ladies, the next time you decide to go half on a baby.
Ugh! The thought of another woman being around my kids, playing in my daughter's hair and feeding my baby boy was enough for me not to ask for child support--and it worked! Daddy could see the kids any time he wanted to--which ended up being birthdays, holidays and school ceremonies.
