According to the docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, the judge ordered the "Panda" rapper to register as a sex offender going forward, in addition to the other conditions of his 2-year probation ... such as participating in a psychiatric evaluation and drug testing.
Desiigner is also barred from owning or possessing firearms and must perform 120 hours of community service.

It's really akin to SA, I've been s victim of that. He could have gone to a restroom to do that, but he made a different choice, no matter where he was.
While I think that is extreme, beating off in public is extremely disrespectful to others around, you mean to tell me you could not wait till you get to your hotel room, or take yo ass in the bathroom and pleasure yourself.
