This week comedian Kevin Hart revealed that he was temporarily confined to a wheelchair after tearing ligaments during a foot race with retired NFL
running back, Stevan Ridley [click here if you missed that].
The same thing happened to my boy 2 yrs ago. He pulled a muscle and needed Physical Therapy after racing a youngin' in a warehouse at work. Now, he did win the short sprint race but the problem was although he was in good shape and athletic, he's not an athlete and dude was like 58. Men always wanna show off and don't know their limits. You can look at Ridley's form when he takes off to see he's more conditioned for that type of racing. Kevin Hart was just showing off and miscalculated.
