This is written weirdly. We know of her intention but the story you wrote makes it look like the perpetrators (attackers) will get assistance. The victims (defenders) thus far, have no fees.

It didn't confuse me because it says Brawl Heroes. In any event, I'm glad she's doing this because they were defending that black man and whenever white people do it, they're considered standing their ground and walk away. I've always liked Stephanie Mills and I like her even more after this.
