These people are dumb as rocks. There was clear evidence in the case. That’s why he was convicted. There are killers who live next door and friendly to everyone except their victims.

They are not dumb as rocks. These letters to a judge, not a jury. This is about sentencing only, not guilt or not guilty. A parent, friend, acquaintance, peer, neighbor, former teacher, former employer, etc. would write such a letter for a judge about to decide if this defendant should be sentenced to the max or the minimum. Every criminal defendant always needs a judge who will consider letters like these. Simple not dumb.

The man has been charged and convicted. I’m ready for this to be all over. I’m not going to tear down Mario because he knows only the good side of this man. As stated before, the evidence was presented and no matter how he is perceived by those who were not there he is guilty. It’s not a surprise that he would have friends who think highly of him but the facts remains.
