THE gangster who bragged about murdering rapper Tupac Shakur in a book and in interviews is facing "imminent charges", according to police sources.
Las Vegas homicide detectives are “optimistic” they have built enough evidence against Compton Crip gang leader Keefe D to finally close the Tupac Shakur murder case after almost 27 years, insiders have told The U.S. Sun.
Leading officers, with the backing of the district attorney, have allegedly built a strong case against Keefe D - who has previously confessed to helping hunt down and assassinate the iconic rapper.
The district attorney’s office is due to present their case to a Las Vegas grand jury, two sources confirmed to The U.S. Sun.
A criminal case will be brought “imminently” and the district attorney “is looking at first degree murder potentially for Keefe D”, based on Nevada law, one source said.
At the grand jury hearing, which is held behind closed doors in secret, a jury will decide whether the evidence is strong enough to prosecute Keefe in the next month.

Tupac and his crew beat Keefe's nephew Orlando who was later killed. So there is motive but the case is weak. Who is going to testify? Just because he bragged doesn't mean he actually did it. Also, Tupac had other enemies like Biggie and Diddy because he bragged about sleeping with Faith. He also busted Quincy Jones out and he's powerful. Some think Pac was worth more dead than alive to the label. Then you have the conspiracy that he was beginning to rap about social matters and that played a part. Who knows? Darn near 30 years have passed. It's a real who done it? Could an ignorant gang banger really evade the law for 30 years? Who knows.
11: 08, I find it kind of hard to believe an old ignorant gang banger could outsmart law enforcement for 30 years but he couldn't evade the law on all of his other lesser charges over the years. He may have done it but the average gangbanger isn't very smart. The jails are filled with repeat offenders from street gangs because they aren't very wise. If he did do it, then someone somewhere has known about it for years. Very peculiar case.

Keefe D and Orlando retaliated against Tupac and Suge for the beat down inside of the MGM, and the person behind the shooting was actually Orlando, using a gun that was given to them by Zip. Now there was a million dollar hit put out on Pac by Sean Puffy Combs but that money was collected and spent by Zip not Keefe D or Orlando Anderson. Las Vegas police really don't care who killed Tupac Shakur, they just want the notoriety of having solved a 27 year old cold case. Rest in Peace Tupac and may we all find a way to live in it! PEACE!

12: 23, I was just posting what all was being discussed 27 years ago, not in 2023. You probably were not born back then and didn't live in Cali. Those were the scenarios that everyone was talking about back then,right or wrong. Hollywood is a very peculiar place.
