I hope this is just the media trying to over sensationalize a story for ratings because I saw the video and it didn't look as if she was doing anything they've claimed. I would hope with all of those people right beside them and in his boat, he wouldn't think that was appropriate behavior. To be completely honest, his wife seems to be in a trance and disconnected from the real world.
