Jhene beelined it to court Monday and filed for a temporary restraining order against a 29-year-old man named Ian Craig Lees, who she claims recently snuck onto her Pacific Palisades property.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jhene says despite being a total stranger, the guy appears determined to make contact with her ... and now she says she fears for her life.
Jhene claims the guy's been going to her shows and events, and things reached a head earlier this month when he allegedly got into a physical altercation with the residential security in her neighborhood.
The singer claims the guy breached their gated community's security post and got inside the home she shares with Big Sean, their son and her daughter.
Jhene's trying to get a temporary restraining order barring the guy from coming within 100 yards of her, Big Sean or her kids ... but a judge denied the TRO request for now, and, instead, set a court hearing for Sept. 14 on the matter.

Again…Tasha k gurrrl you is a crazy nut acting like boosie. 😹
Sad thing is if someone really wants to harm you, an order of protection won't stop them. These obsessed stans don't care about no paperwork.
Simple get a ghat, Sean should get one too ain't nobody playing, with these stalking ass fools. The good thing is it's on record of his stalking, so he shows up again, and she has to pump a few bullets in him. She should have no problems getting off.
California is a stand your ground state. She should lay him down if he physically threatens her.
She better get a muska-tool.
The man was arrested and is still in jail until September. I think that's why the temporary order of protection was denied. She has another hearing for a permanent order of protection shortly before the man is to be released. I think the judge will grant it at that time. Right now the man can't do anything to her or be near her because he's in custody.
And the Order is not going to stop a crazy person. So there's that.... Get a ghat.
Oh so they just going to wait until she's killed. Then make/ change a domestic violence law in her name.
