“American Airlines, man, I’m an Executive Platinum member. Executive. Platinum. I fly three times a week man, on American Airlines. You know they oversold the flight and gave our tickets away, man? I was first class, man. Now they’re saying they ain’t got a flight back until Thursday.”
“American Airlines, is this how y’all treat your Executive Platinum members? I’m confused, man. I’m in Madrid and y’all gave my flights away. My first class flights away. What is it American Airlines? I’m confused. The people at the desk they treat you like sh-t. They tell you they can’t do nothing for you. What’s going on American Airlines? I’m an Executive Platinum Member. I think that’s the highest. I need to get the f-ck out of here tomorrow.”

Good on him. The last thing these companies want is to be blasted on social media. They don't take our word as seriously as they take YTs word, but they hear him and they know other first-class travelers hear him too. Here's hoping he makes an impact.

Ninja, white daddy said f*ck your "Executive Platinum!" Of all those in first class on that flight they chose yo ninja arse to boot in favor of a lucid. Because like the obedient ninja you are, they know you'll still continue flying with them no matter how disrespectful they treat you.

That’s why the government needs to take over airlines. Overbooking and bumping folks should be illegal, but these airlines stay in business by having an a$$ in every seat. They overbook to ensure it happens so they don’t lose money. Black folks need to start getting like the white folks, and get on the phone with customer service, see what are the rules for compensation for being inconvenienced, and then asking for a manager to settle that. Know your rights when it comes to these airlines.
American sucks. They act like this because of limited competition in a lot of these cities. They bumped me on a 1st class to Curacao just last month but Jet Blue is their main competitor and they suck too so what can you do.

If you're trying to reach upper management or corporate offices in a hurry, a social media post isn't going to do it. Use the phone to call headquarters instead of posting, talking about you need to leave by tomorrow. WTF? A SM post is not going to get you home by tomorrow. SMH
