Three months ago gossip vlogger Tasha K filed for bankruptcy to avoid paying the $4 million judgment awarded to rapper Cardi B after successfully suing Tasha for defamation of character [click here if you missed that].
Now Cardi is suing to make sure her debt is not wiped away in Tasha's bankruptcy filing...

Cardi B has rushed to court demanding the 7-figure debt that blogger Tasha K owes her not be discharged as part of her Chapter 11, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Cardi [real name: Belcalis Almanzar] filed suit as part of Tasha’s bankruptcy.
Cardi collected thousands before Tasha filed for bankruptcy, which paused all of Cardi’s collection efforts.
In Cardi’s newly filed lawsuit, she asked the court to not allow Tasha’s debt to her be wiped clean in the bankruptcy. She argued, “Defendant was given multiple opportunities to retract the false and defamatory statements and videos, but Defendant steadfastly refused to do so.”
According to bankruptcy court law, a creditor cannot have a debt discharged if the debt was related to a “willful and malicious injury.”
Tasha has yet to respond.

Anyone who says Cardi should NOT go after the money she is LEGALLY owed is HOPEFULLY ok with not getting their check when they work, or not getting their refund money back from the IRS or not getting any money that is LEGALLY owed to them. I love it when people tell other people not to worry about money that is owed to them.
Cardi B is completely full of shit on this one. Tasha doesn't have money and Cardi is just doing this to be an asshole. Tasha will NEVER have the $4mil. Cardi is getting off on destroying a black woman. Cardi does have herpes, like most celebrities do thats why she never provided medical records.
