Back in May gossip vlogger Tasha K filed for bankruptcy after vowing never to pay the $4 million judgment awarded to rapper Cardi B after successfully suing Tasha for defamation of character [click here if you missed that].

Cardi B has fired off subpoenas in an effort to track down money held by blogger Tasha K — who was ordered to pay the rapper $4 million after spreading lies about her, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Cardi B has informed the judge presiding over Tasha K’s bankruptcy of the subpoenas being sent to Morris Legal & Tax LLC, Bank of American, JPMorgan Chase Bank, Discover Financial and American Express.
Cardi has demanded the companies turn over information regarding Tasha’s finances. Specifically, the Bodak Yellow rapper demanded Morris Tax & Legal turn over Tasha’s tax returns from 2019 to 2022.
In addition, she demanded all documents Tasha provided to the tax company to prepare her returns. Cardi also requested “all documents and communications received by or sent to third parties other than the Debtor, including but not limited to the Internal Revenue Service, regarding the Debtor’s finances employment, income, expenses, businesses or business interests, including Kebe Studios, LLC, Monalisa Brown, LLC and Yelen Entertainment, LLC.”
The rapper asked the banks to turn over information of all deposits, withdrawals, transfers, copies of front and back of cancelled checks, wire information, and account statements.

All Tasha needed to do is become an "employee" of the company getting minimum wage. She can shut this LLC down and let her husband open one solely in his name and list her as an employee with an employee salary and call it a new title. I agree Cardi should be paid but at this point she is doing too much. Noone does all of that in bankruptcy.

They closed her original business opened a new one did exactly what you saying she should do. The issue is that it still traces back to her HOUSEHOLD and it’s shows an attempt to defraud the bankruptcy court what she should have done was not filed for bankruptcy and she should have just set up payments arrangements. @ 9: 14 No she didn't. She thought filing bankruptcy would help and pretending to leave America would cool things down. A spouses income is NOT a part of the case unless they file for bankruptcy together. So her husband could have Bezos money and Cardi can't touch it. The only thing a spouse gets is a notification letter. The bankruptcy court CANNOT ask for a spouses income or seperate account information. That is the only privilege of filing bankruptcy. I have already gone through it and know 1st hand.
@ 9:14 Cardi also can't touch any money placed into a retirement accounts. I don't like the colorist Tasha but I know the law.
@2:44, if those retirement accounts were connected to FRAUD, they can and will be touched!!! I am a licensed producer and have seen how easily these accounts get seized and that means if one penny is illegally deposited into said retirement accounts! Look up anti money laundering regulations that producers/banks must abide by and then revisit your understanding of the law! Hood law DOES NOT APPLY here. She should not have filed a bankruptcy with her stupid azz!
It's not about the money. It's about the lesson. K has to be stopped telling lies on people in order to make money.
