Judy is extremely insecure and overthinks everything. Brat has to overcompensate by always giving her compliments. That's going to get exhausting because people who complain just to get attention will wear down the relationship. I know Brat wanted a baby of her own but they need serious therapy before starting a family.

Da brat don't look the same facially. Honey them labor pains will snatch your very soul! Give her about a year. She'll look like herself again.
