Cardi B has demanded the blogger who owes her $3 million show up to court with copies of all her financial records for an examination, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Cardi requested the hearing take place on August 9. The rapper wants to grill Tasha K about the sources of her income.
Cardi wants Tasha to come to court with a series of documents. She has asked for copies of all “transfers Debtor’s financial or other assets to any third party, bank account or trust made from March 21, 2019, to present.”
Further, she wants Tasha to explain how she plans to pay the $3 million debt owed, especially since she believes it cannot be wiped clean in bankruptcy.
In addition, Cardi wants copies of Tasha’s, “direct or indirect income streams through Social Media Platforms or through wire transfers, cash payments or transfers via applications such as PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or CashApp or any other manner for designed for transferring funds to Debtor or at Debtor’s direction to third parties.”
Cardi wants information on all of Tasha’s social media platforms and a copy of her financial statement generated by QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
The motion asked Tasha to also bring copies of her., “Income Tax Returns for Debtor (including jointly filed) for 2019, 2020, 2021 (including all schedules) and including any 1099 forms and Schedule K-1 forms. Income Tax Return for 2022 (including all schedules and when filed) and including any 1099 forms and Schedule K-1 forms.”
Cardi even wants photos of all household goods and furnishing, fur and jewelry owned by Tasha. She also requested copies of all her credit card statements and lists of any crypto currency.
Tasha has yet to respond.

Tasha deserves EVERY SINGLE BIT OF THIS KARMA. She let Nikki play her like a stupid bird, now she’s in 3 million dollars in debt and Nikki at her mansion with her pedo murder husband, unbothered, rapping that trash Barbie song. All Tasha had to do was apologize and take it down. She had MULTIPLE chances and she still playing with Cardi posting that old video about her marriage, still trying to destroy a woman who didn’t even know her and did nothing to her, just to appease Nikki. May Cardi get every single dime out of that egotistical cold hearted liar. No respect and no empathy. 💯

As crazy as this sounds if Tasha had any sense she'd work out a deal with Cardi amicably whereas they help each other to get Tasha more income, Cardi tax her maybe an extra 3 million for the plug but Cardi gets paid and Tasha gets out of debt and boosts her career. Tasha should be making Cardi her ally at this point.

We all get L's handed to us at one point or another it's an L meaning a lose to whoever is handing it to you and an L meaning a lose to whoever receives that L if you le that be it and the person who takes the L they are in control of how the L plays out in their life. Some are smart enough to know just because the person handing you an L see's it as a lose if you see that same L as a lesson you win because you move forward stronger and smarter it completely in your control. Had she taken that L as a lesson on what not to do moving forward she would have grown and bee better for it but she is indignant about it and she is constantly hiding money not wanting to face the music hiding money and using financial trickery to avoid paying up she would be better off reaching out through legal channels to establish a payment a arrangement and keep Cardi off of the war path and be working towards satisfying the debt owed. But instead she is hiding dodging and evading the inevitable and that keeps ole girl on the war path and actively paying attention to how she is servicing the debt owed. And adding insult to injury she is poking the bear by meddling in her marriage as a woman she knows how personal and life effecting something like that can be and im sure Tasha also knows how personal something like that will be taken now the pressure has been ratcheted uo making Tashas life much more difficult and G@D forbid the court decides it recognizes a pattern of evasion of the court order that requires her to satify the judgement then things get even worse. Tasha quit while your ahead do you meaning the show the podcast the interviews your a talent savy at finding the right people and gettin interviews finding out the right information and briiging it to light tighten your belt grind and get Cardi out of your hair the more you let it bother you and look at the L as a lose and continue to rebel instead of seeing the L for what it is a lesson the longer this drags out the more interest on your debt is accruing and the more you will have to pay in the long run. Tighten your belt for a year or so and get past this after that you can go back to business as usual with reporting whatever you think people want to know about Cardi but for now play nice and stay out of hat water she has the drop on you for now. Stop making it worse on yourself smart person would have a lawyer negotiate a payment plan and even get some of what is owed knock off in lieu of regular and court cosigned payments at predetermined intervals. Word on the street is her husband is in a drawn out lega battle with scooter braun so he is not ablle to earn like he rightfully should for now and she is not in a position to produce record and market a new project so they may need the money take advantage of that with an offer of regular and timely payments. Playing games and wasting time she will stumble into something and get a bag and be back straight financially and then she won't care about you or any help you can offer her while she is not doing so good. Atthat point she willget busy ignore you and you (if your previous behavior is any predictor) willnot pay and the interest will stack up and soon you will owe her 3.5 then 4 then 4.5 and if she ever falls all the way off you will see her coming back after you for a larger debt. Isn't it better to pay up now and take advantage of the circumstances to get out from under her thumb for less than to wait and have her come for you for an even bigger debt during the years when you want to be on cruise control?
Tasha is selling tickets for a Holloween themed event in Miami. Cardi is entitled to the funds generated by the ticket sales. Applying pressure to grab ALL of Tasha K's assessets is what Cardi is entitled to.
