Former "Wild 'N Out" star Ms Jacky Oh! -- who's also DC Young Fly's longtime partner -- has died ... TMZ has learned.
Sources tell us she died Wednesday in Miami. We don't have details yet about the cause of her death, but a since-deleted social media post claimed she was in Miami to undergo a "mommy makeover."
Ms Jacky Oh!'s real name was Jacklyn Smith, and she and DC met in 2015 ... the same year he made his premiere on MTV's hit show "Wild 'N Out."
Jacky was already being featured as one of the show's "Wild 'N Out" girls at that point.
Jacky was no longer on 'WNO' ... she'd gone on to launch her own lip gloss line called the J Nova Collection.
Of course, DC is still one of the show's biggest stars, and we're told he was actually in Atlanta shooting new episodes when he got the tragic news about Jacky's death.
Although Jacky and DC never married, they remained a couple and had 3 children together -- daughters Nova and Nala, and their son Prince was just born last year.
Jacky was just 32.

A mommy makeover isn’t worth the risks. She was fine and now her babies are without a mommy over vanity. Sad af but maybe this will encourage other young mothers not to risk their lives for “mommy makeovers”. RIP and condolences to her family and friends

My heart breaks for all of them. I'm just going to stay pleasantly plump and happy. That's why it's so dangerous to have a career that relies so much on vanity. Dude will never be the same.

All surgeries carry risks, including eye surgery. My husband's relative had minor eye surgery, got a blot clot and died. Cosmetic surgery is massive heart stressing surgery. It's not as simple as people think. Don't know what she died of but love your mommy pouch and stretchmarks if ya got them. Men truly don't care about it anyway. RIP no matter what the cause. My the kids be okay as well as dad.

Wow. So sad. Who's going to be there for the babies when DC travels for work? Hopefully, she had a support system in place. It's going to be hard with an infant. I heard him joke about having old parents. Nick Cannon better use this as a precautionary tale. Is he prepared to be a single daddy if anything happens to any of his baby mamas?

Hope this is a wake up call to all Black Women. We as Black Men, Love you as you are. There is a Black Man for every Black Woman body type out there. Just let us get it in its natural form, shape, and appearance :-). Please STOP all that body modification and maybe go to the gym. Don’t be like Jacky O. R.I.P.
