From The Insider
Marvel's Jonathan Majors has filed an NYPD domestic violence complaint against his assault accuser and ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari, in which he alleges that she attacked him, not the other way around, during a March 25 dispute on a Chinatown street corner.
Majors remains charged in that dispute, with Jabbari alleging the "Creed III" and Marvel's Kang the Conqueror actor broke her finger, twisted her arm, and struck her in the ear, causing it to bleed. Majors has denied the accusations. An August 3 trial date has been set in Jabbari's case against Majors.
But on June 21, the day after his last court date, Majors walked into the Chinatown precinct and gave police his own version of what actually happened that night — alleging that a "drunk and hysterical" Jabbari scratched, slapped, and grabbed at his face, causing pain and bleeding, according to a domestic incident report and sworn affidavit obtained by Insider.
A second NYPD precinct — the one that covers Majors' penthouse address in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood — is also involved in investigating the actor's counter-claims against Jabbari.
Both precincts found probable cause to arrest Jabbari, and issued what is called an "incident card," or "I-Card," an electronic document that directs police to take Jabbari into custody, at least for questioning, according to Majors' defense attorney Priya Chaudhry and a law enforcement source.
But Manhattan prosecutors, who are pursuing the case against Majors, were for some reason reluctant to turn the tables on Jabbari, and at the district attorney's office's urging, the "I-Card" was de-activated, the two said.
The DA's office has repeatedly pushed back against investigating or charging Jabbari, despite supporting evidence that includes surveillance camera footage of the street dispute and photos of Majors' injuries, Chaudhry told Insider for last week's story. Chaudhry shared some of that evidence with Insider for that story.
The DA's office declined comment and the NYPD did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Jabbari could not be reached by email or phone.

Hmmm, interesting. I wondered why they both weren't arrested but he should have moved on this complaint as soon as this all happened and not months later.
Well, it’s about damn time. Meow.
Megan G. got him back in attack mode
👀👀
Poor Black man. You will learn maybe one day one day to stay away from the Yt beast
Nothing else to see here. How about those Mets?
Wow, so despite knowing there is additional evidence that could prove the man is innocent, they choose to ignore it? Geez, justice is not blind at all.
In the words of Paul Mooney they won't arrest her because she has "The complexion for the protection of the collection." When prosecutors are so biased they refuse to look at evidence then they need to be replaced.
4:05pm his attorney is doing her job to LIE she knows that ppl are quick to claim that black men are being held down and held back by Beckie and chad. If that were the case they would have filed those charges soon as it happened what they are trying to do is intimidate the witness by using law enforcement. The reason she was not arrested and they issued a ID card is because some states allow anyone to file a complaint and it has to be followed up on. In GA all it takes is someone saying you did something and you get arrested. Different states have different rules. His attorney keeps lying about having evidence . She lied and said the victim recanted her story we have yet to hear this lady come forward and recant her story they also said they had text messages that showed he was innocent then they went on to release those text but the last said in the text they had a fight which means he out hands on her and that it was her fault because she tried to take his phone ! That’s not her recanting that’s her saying you whooped my arse cuz I tried to go through your phone. His attorney also said they had video proof and the only video they had was her going to the club supposedly after he beat her up. The video is grainy we don’t know if it’s her or not if it is we don’t know what day that was even if it was 2mins after he knocked out that still don’t mean he didn’t knock her out.
If they can’t use your comb…….
@ 4: 39, thanks for the reply but if what you say is true then she instigated the fight by taking his personal property from his person which is also illegal. You don't get to take a $2,000 phone because you are butt hurt. Women have to be held accountable as well. I think it may have been mutual combat but not a damsel in distress because women who are dainty don't yank phones and throw fits. She isn't his wife, she was a girlfriend. She should've kept her hands to herself. I'm not saying he's Mr. Perfect but she violated him first. Girls like that call back numbers and when you are in a high profile business you can't let her randomly start calling people who just might be Steven Spielberg or Angela Bassett. She was out of order. Now I want to see if he was out if order too but it's obvious she started it and so now lets see how far he took it and if a crime was committed.
This is not my fight. I really don't care what happened or what the colonizer did to her willing Mandingo or how / what he is doing to correct it. He wanted to be on that plantation so....
Exactly Dee
His attorney is being criticized by most people in the law profession. She is trying to blame the accuser but all of her “proof” has turned out to be without validation. Celebrity attorneys usually stay silent and leave the burden of proof to the prosecution.
Welp.
All of these black folks taking up for Becky is just too much. How many Karen videos do you have to watch to notice patterns of behavior? How many variations of Emmett Till episodes (whether large or small) do you have to read about? There is a pattern of behavior of being the aggressor and playing the victim that a lot of these white women have. They've been trained since birth that our society will protect their 'virtue' at all costs. They weaponize their protected status all the time. Stop falling for it.
8:21am no one is making excuses for black men anymore all those examples you named they are well aware of too however they are running around promoting white women saying they are fit and friendly and they wear their own hair they say black women are aggressive and that’s why they choose to date white women. So whatever outcome they get with white women good or bad so be it. We not gone keep bringing up emmet til everytime a black man violates the law while he is with his white woman.
@5:00pm Regardless if she tried to snatch his phone to look in it she did not leave with it so that’s not stealing. And by that logic many black women would be getting chocked out for looking in their man phone. He chocked her until she passed out that is not the type of reaction anyone should have because someone is trying to look in your phone. Y’all be acting real crazy for black men and trying to justify their behavior idc what color this woman was ge should have kept his hands to himself ! Y’all the same ppl that’s defending that man who punched that black woman multiple times and her son was forced to shoot that man to get him to leave his mother alone. We have to admit the behavior of black men these days is down right degenerate and the more we defend it the more dysfunctional and crazy we look

You take yt's word as gospel, don't you? Roll the tape. Until then, innocent until proven guilty.
