Louisiana-based rapper Boosie Badazz, who was arrested in San Diego last month for allegedly being a felon in possession of a gun, is expected to be released from federal custody following a judge's order Tuesday granting him bail.
On Tuesday, U.S. Magistrate Judge Allison Goddard granted Hatch bail and if released, he will have to follow several conditions, including no travel outside of the United States. Hatch is expected to appear in federal court next week for another hearing in the case.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Sandor Callahan argued in court that Hatch presented a danger to the community and was a flight risk, while Blanco argued her client was compliant with all state court conditions and made all court appearances while out of custody.

Looks like we finding out the FEDS simply pulled Boosie over to remind him they need him to tell on every single MF that had something to do with Duke, Takeoff and Mo3 or they have already figured out the way to get him back on death row. The way they dont give bail and especially to a loser like Boosie is suspect,
