Last week Fugees rapper Pras Michel was forced to deny claims that he was an FBI informant after misinformation about his conspiracy conviction went viral [click here if you missed that].
Now Pras is filing a defamation lawsuit...
According to reports Pras is filing a defamation of character lawsuit against Rolling Stone Magazine for an article claiming he worked as an informant for the United States government.
Pras claims he lost business deals after the story circulated online.
Rapper 50 Cent and basketball player Kyrie Irving are also named in the suit for calling Pras 'a rat' on social media and sharing articles claiming he worked for the Feds.
Pras is being represent by Death Row attorney David Kenner.
