Bump that… What I did notice was………wait for it…………

Richard Lawson is the PROJECT MANAGER A&R. Hmmmmmmmm. Wasn’t that Mathew’s old Gig?

You know you're a true Stan if you bother to read the credits.

So, her stepfather is on payroll. No wonder Tina emasculate him. He doesn’t have his own money.

Nepo babies doin’ what they do.

Beyoncé is keeping Richard employed and helping Natalia get on. Nothing wrong with helping out skin folks.

There are problems. Young people have worked for years earning good grades and doing extra-curricular activities for a shot at being an apprentice or even an intern with someone like Beyoncé, but nepo babies get to take cuts and go to the front of the line before everyone else. That’s more than helping skin and in this case it’s not even helping kin. That’s where the problems lie.

^ Yeah that was his job until he got caught putting his paws in the cookie jar tooo many times over his salary.
Bloop
RL is just like most black folks. No work in acting because they keep using the same black actors over and over again. Nice that B gave him a job. Mama Tina don't want no man that cant bring home the bacon. She got to get her monthly fillers. LOLOL

Yeah. I understand wanting to keep things in-house, but, black ppl make up the largest demographic with college degrees who are unemployed. You'd think black millionaires and celebrities would try to combat that problem by hiring blacks who have the degree/experience necessary to do the job. It's blatant nepotism like this, that should make black ppl divest from black entertainment in general. Why should we support black artistry, when they can't be bothered to support us in roles that we're actually degreed and qualified for?

^ Because You can't always be trusted. This young woman comes from money/celebrity so she can keep all the secrets with out selling stories to TMZ.

@3:00pm

Trust comes with compensation; folks being paid well are loyal. But we all know the most wealthiest are also the most cheap. It helps their bottom line to hire the kids of rich folks because of "trust", but also because they can't demand six or seven figure salaries. Like I said, another reason for us to divest. Black ppl are too dayum loyal. Y'all screaming about Democrats and liberals, but never demand anything from popular black celebrities. They claim "black excellence", but hire other ppl of color (*coughs* Diddy/Revolt/Indian CEO); Beyonce charging $300+ a a ticket for her concerts but wants to staff the crew with relatives and nepotism babies; meanwhile, how many young black college grads could use the opportunity? Does Bey care? Nope.

There's no need to be bitter about it. Nepotism rules every industry around. Even my uncle got me in at the post office. All you can do is network in your field and prove your worth. Beyonce did it to pave the way for her folks and friends. Do it for yours.

^^^So you’re for the “Friends and Family” program? That’s one of the many ways systemic racism thrives. Most white people have white friends and family they recommend on jobs when Black people have to struggle just to get an interview. That “Friends and Family” business wasn’t made to benefit the average Black person. Good luck with that.

@5:02pm Amen.

That nepotism system only works for yt ppl and celebrities. Working class black ppl can't just "network" for upward mobility. Being black is already a stroke against us, and heaven help you if you're a black woman who's attractive and leads with her intelligence; nepotism is based off of commonality; working class black ppl have very little in common with those who have access to power and resources, which is why black celebrities should NOT utilize nepotism when it comes to hiring practices. We are never going to pull ourselves out of predicament if the wealth and resources are only circulated to a privilege few, and, if that's Beyonce/Diddy etc mentality then we shouldn't support them either. Remember, it wasn't that long ago that Jay was begging US to support the Tidal brand cause it was "black owned"; only for him to hoodwink not just "us" but other yt millionaires out of millions of dollars. These black celebrities are scam artists who prey and take from our community to line their own pockets and keep us out , so that they can token blacks amongst their yt rich cronies in the Hamptons and Malibu.

@5:30 PM

Life is not fair. I know you think it's supposed to be but it's not. I wish I was beautiful like my older sister. I'm not. I wish I was graceful and have charisma like my other sister. I don't. I have to play the cards I was dealt. I may be an awkward plain Jane but I'm smart. I couldn't marry for security like them. I had to work hard for everything I have. Is it fair that they spend on shoes what I spend on my mortgage? No. But on the flip side they're just playing the cards that were given to them. Because they're both dumb as rocks, lol. I'm not hatin', though. Good for them.

I'm not speaking on fairness, I'm speaking on manipulation; don't guilt trip me into supporting your artistry or endeavors *because* you're black, but then act as if I'm unworthy to require something in return for that support. If Jay/Bey/Diddy don't want to invest in black ppl, ok, cool, but don't come running to our community begging for support when the yts and Jews decide that they no longer need your blackness to infiltrate hip-hop or urban spaces. Black ppl are the only group on the planet that has this individualistic mentality; the Jews don't, the Hispanics don't, the yt nationalists don't and the Asians don't. H3ll, Asians/Hispanics will squat in a studio apartment for years just to ensure that *1* of them makes it to college. But God forbid the black community should demand anything of any black celebrities that built their fortune off of our community and sacrifices smdh. I'm happy you cleared that up for me, cause now I'll be twice as motivated to never support another black celebrity- and I'll make sure that my kin know as well.

@5:30 Aint nothing wrong with the friends & family recommendations..Yes they cut the line but if you don't know nothing you better know: "its not what you know, its Who you know" unfortunately that's how the game is played....as a comment above said "Life's not fair"

7:19 Beyoncé invested in Halle and Chloe, and Les Twins. They are the most famous, folks I know that Beyonce put on. And both set of siblings put in work too, for her to take notice. So there is nothing wrong with her helping skin folks that are already famous if she chooses to do so.

We can thank Jay Z for Rihanna, and Diddy snake self literally put plenty of black artist and interns on, even if he stole their money or didn’t pay them, we knew their faces.

This is an article about Beyonce employing black people (Natalia Bryant and Richard Lawson) but there's someone upset because Beyonce doesn't employ black people. I just don't get it.
