Over the weekend actor Jamie Foxx's daughter Corrine teased a big announcement concerning her father and assured his fans that he was ok after suffering an undisclosed medical emergency [click here if you missed that].
Apparently Jamie and Corrine are hosting a new singing competition show...

Jamie Foxx and his daughter Corinne Foxx are expanding their relationship with Fox, with the duo set to co-host the music game show “We Are Family,” which has been ordered to series at the broadcaster.
The series was announced just ahead of Fox’s upfront presentation to advertisers in New York. It comes as Jamie is still believed to be recovering from a “medical complication” that left him hospitalized on April 12. Most recently, Corinne stated that her father had been out of the hospital “for weeks,” as of May 12.
“We Are Family” does not have a premiere date at this time but is slated to launch in 2024. The official description states, “Showcasing non-famous relatives of celebrities performing duets with their hidden famous family member, ‘We Are Family’ will feature a studio audience entirely comprised of 100 contestants playing through multiple rounds of clues and gameplay to win up to $100,000 each by correctly guessing which celebrity the performer is related to before they are revealed. Celebrities appearing on ‘We Are Family’ will range from musicians and professional athletes to actors and beyond.”
“We Are Family” is the latest music-based competition show that Fox has ordered. The network most famously airs “The Masked Singer,” with other such shows in their lineup including “Name That Tune,” “I Can See Your Voice,” “Beat Shazam,” and “Don’t Forget the Lyrics.”

Yet not one picture, one sighting, or one video released of him speaking. His daughter was so terrified her dad was going to die she solicited public prayers and support, but she may have found out he has a lot of contractual conditions in his business dealings demanding good health and certain requirements. So it seems like she's trying to present him as doing well. Could be for insurance purposes too. When we see and hear him speak I will believe it.

He had a stroke and he’s seriously incapacitated. This show deal was in the works a while ago and set for 2024. They’re hoping he can come back.

Who cares I’m staring to think this medical complication was staged so he could get out of that move he was filming where all types of issues was going on and therefore also getting him out of that game show obligation which was given to Nick cannon. Also good be to drum up publicity and public sympathy so ppl will support his upcoming projects since you made a miraculous recovery now the gone go in tour about how things was touch and ago and he is lucky to be alive. I’m done with this Jamie stuff find someone else to report on. At this point it’s looking real stuntastic

This is what I've believed since day one. That he either wanted to get out of some contractual obligations or he's running from someone/something.
As much as Jamie loves people, he'd never hide away for a month. He had to get the vaxx for his projects and I think it jacked him up just like the rest. He's not the average out of shape 50 yr old, he was extremely fit and had the best foods. Regardless of what happened or what caused it, I think he's battling for his life. Jamie is a good guy and would never leave his friends and fans wondering unless he was totally unable to function. Think of how lively and people oriented he is, no way he'd want to heal alone. Get better Jamie!
It did seem to be an awful lot going on during the filming then this..If Jamie tried to dupe his loyal fans he will regret the backlash not to mention his daughter would have no future in the business because she will be an uncredible liar and who supports those. (knowingly)
Word is Jamie's people have ordered Corrine to put her phone down and have forbid her from making further comments, plus Foxx is still hospitalized, "she jumped the gun and lost it when they made her come outside with the life support claim."
JF is doing what ever he can to support his daughter to have a celebrity career since she don't have no singing and acting chops.
