I think she's trying to prove a bummy point that's aligned with her idea of gender equality or fluidity that she's trying to get everyone on board with. This is just manipulation to rope people in by seeming relatable and "normal". I'm not buying what she's selling. And if it is true, she shouldn't be complaining, stressing or crying about it.
