Last week it was reported that rapper Cardi B filed the necessary paper work to begin collections on gossip vlogger Tasha K after winning her $4 million defamation of character lawsuit [click here if you missed that].
Now Cardi is targeting Tasha's Youtube bag...

Cardi has been attempting to collect on the $3 million+ she’s owed for a bit. Last year, she fired off a notice to JP Morgan Chase where Tasha held a bank account. Cardi was told Tasha only had $1,083.02 in her account.
Cardi then fired off a notice to Google — who owns YouTube — to keep any money owed to Tasha.
“YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to immediately hold all money, including wages, and other property, except what is known to be exempt, belonging to the Defendant or obligations owed to the Defendant named above beginning on the day of service of this summons and including the next 1,095 days,” the notice read.
A rep for Google told Cardi that Tasha had $9,304.81 owed to her. Cardi now wants the court to order the funds be handed over to her immediately.

Not a big fan of seeing someone work hard to earn and someone else getting the profits earned by that hard work but i'm told that warning shots were fired and Tasha K ignored or just flat out disregarded them, laws exist to protect businesses, business owners and intellectual property owners as well but so do laws to protect the public from overreaching by those businesses.

In this ONE and I do mean ONEb particular case, Cardi is not wrong. Tasha lied on her baby, even when Cardi gave her multiple chances to take it down. Tasha just lied more and went harder, so it’s personal now. That kid didn’t do nothing. Collect every single dime Cardi.
