I wonder if she had any family left to make the arrangements. Is this event monetized? It's strange that you need tickets for a memorial.
RIP to Irene Cara. I loved her music and artistry and she knocked any role she played out the park. I honored her and played her music for weeks after her death. And I mean no disrespect to her legacy by mentioning this but...have y'all seen Philip Michael Thomas' son? After watching the clip of Sparkle I went down the rabbit hole and looked PMT up. His son is finer than he is and I didn't think that was even possible. That dude is the chef's kiss!
She had a drug problem and pissed off the wrong people. That’s why her career ended in the toilet.
The Saban is a great venue and I loved me some Irene Cara. I might attend this memorial because at one time Irene was that girl. RIP to one of the greats!
