Because they have ton's of evidence that u were the master mind behind the set up and not to mention the people u hired drop dime and told them u set it up u didn't think they would talk? His own mother, Ms Robbie, sued him for copyright infringement when he opened those restaurant(s) under the name “TJs Sweetie Pies” or some name to the effect.
What more needs to be said?
He proved then, that there was no level he wouldn’t stoop to.
Tim was the one who broke into Ms. Robbie’s house & stole money from her - and he tried to blame it in Andre!
And she knows the truth.
He’s sick. And he spent way too much time in prison, but alas he has returned home, right where he belongs.
I personally don’t believe her hands are clean either, but that’s just me. He was deathly afraid to return to St. Louis because of Tim, but she verbally abused him SO much, that he didn’t feel he had a choice. Then he ends up losing his life.
Throw the whole family away at this point.
