This week during opening arguments for the murder trial the defense argued that the deceased told everyone if anything ever happened to him Drake did it.
Now Drake has been ordered to take the stand....
According to reports the defense demanded Drake sit for a deposiion or appear in court and the motion was granted.

and that's why he will get away with it because no one would ever suspect him. XXX posted an explicit pic of drake a few days prior, then tweets that if he dies, it was drake. he dies the next day. there are some other coincidences that link drake and other dead rappers. look how dark drake's image is now. he is about that life, he's been telling ya'll and since everyone thinks he's so soft, no one will suspect him. he will sit for the deposition and will not be charged.
