Deflect deflect deflect lie lie lie. He so mad the truth got revealed. He so mad his pink suit and son-as-a-prop stunts didn't work.
Don't drop the soap!
This lools like a school pic.
Did he legally change his name?
The outcome would have been the same, and the sentence would have probably been longer because the prosecutors would have established that he has a pattern of attacking people due to his Napoleon complex. Boy bye!
Tired of this little man. Let's move on.
Please. They would have immediately put him in front of a firing squad. How was he going to explain the jail call to the witness he paid off and all the other ignorant things he has done? The DA would have roasted him alive. #deporttorylamez
They would have fried him. Boy should binge Court TV to find out what the prosecution can bring up if you make the mistake of testifying.
That appeal is a waste of money.
This is so dumb!!!! The 3 questions are: did he have an illegal gun? Did he fire it recklessly? Did his reckless firing lead to injury? How can you talk your way out of that? It was his gun, witness saw him shooting reckless and Meg had bullet fragments from that gun in her foot. Case closed. He's such a waste of flesh. Go back to Canada and take Drake with you!
He regrets not taking the stand but doesn't regret shooting Meghan. What a loser
He is about to Law & order himself. Getting on the stand getting baited into confessing.
He wasn't misled. Any trial attorney would tell him the consequences of taking the stand. An attorney cannot do two things: they can't make their client take the stand, nor can they keep them off the stand. They tell them the truth. In his case, it sounds like there was going to be some unfavorable information that the jury would have heard. Besides, most people are horrible on the stand. They are thinking one thing and the prosecutor is all over them and they come out looking foolish. It was put on the record, I'm sure, by his attorneys of his decision not to take the stand. There is a whole bunch of stuff that goes on behind the scenes of a criminal trial. Don't know why he didn't take a plea.
