Last month married Good Morning America third hour co-hosts TJ Holmes and Amy Robach were suspended after their workplace affair was uncovered [click here if you missed that].
Now insiders claim Amy and TJ are preparing to sue the network...

T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach's lawyers plan to slap down a lawsuit if ABC decides to fire the Good Morning America costars from their roles at the network after their highly-publicized affair, sources confirmed.
The dynamic duo is ready to retaliate, as Robach, 49, hired Hollywood hot shot attorney Andrew Brettler and Holmes, 45, teamed up with lawyer Eric George, who has previously represented a number of celebrities in court.
"Has ABC ever used the morals or conduct clause to fire or discipline two consenting adults at equal levels when both were white?" sources with direct knowledge revealed of what question the lawyers plan to pose if push comes to shove.
The insiders continued to point out that this is the first instance in which ABC has ever used their morality clause against two of their employees, noting how this specific scenario involves that of a Black man and a white woman anchor.
One source claimed Robach and Holmes feel the only thing they need to apologize for is that they did not inform ABC of their sizzling romance when it first started to develop.
There has been no further update from ABC News in regard to the status of Holmes and Robach's future at the network.

The race card? Seriously?! NI@@a sit down somewhere!
Break the rules & then file complaints.
He got fired for being messy. How can you compare this to anyone else? When have national talk show hosts had an affair while on air? ABC will probably throw them a few dollars, just to make them go away, but nothing to retire on. Dude is just salty because he knows his career is over and the options are pretty slim at this point.
The audacity is strong with the Giggilo of Abc. He wants to swing it with no consequences.
They may 'out' some of their colleagues who have had adulterous workplace romances that were not previously made public.
He had affairs there with 2 women. TJ sit down somewhere
And Amy also seeing for discrimination? Come on. Ni moral compassion for them at ABC.
I dont see this working but maybe a big payoff and they can do a reality show or a small market show together or some only FANS.
No one wants to see them on morning TV and no one wants to work with them. Who wants to be reminded of this messy affair that left both spouses embarrassed and humiliated? I bet ABC made them a low-ball offer that they don't want to take.
I don't care if they get paid of not. I just don't wanna see neither of them on tv again.
Amy will dump him after the settlement.
Corporations don't want to sponsor them.
Instead of telling the network first how about letting the spouses know the marriage is over first. That's who really matters.
With all of the little honey’s coming forward with their stories of sexual affairs, good luck.
