I was just listening to Sweet Love and Rapture last night! My God that woman can saaaaaaang! Someone posted an Acapella version of Sweet Love on IG and you really hear the range and vocal stylings :)
The snippet sounds good...I'm happy she's sticking to her signature style and not trying to fit in with what's current. More artists should stay true to their artistry

This woman can't sing worth a damn! My mom and grandmother loved her so I grew up listening to her music. The only good songs she has are Angel, Sweet Love, Rapture and You're the best thing yet. All her other songs sound like painful wailing and caterwauling. Remember when she sang the National Anthem at that basketball game 🤣🤣.
