The staff has been suspended...
According to reports The Wyndham Hotel Mining Exchange in Colorado Springs has suspended the staff involved in the incident and has promised to re-train them.
An apology was issued to Mark Curry and he was offered a free hotel stay, which he refused.
Fun Fact: John Cramm who is the hotel's director of engineering and security, and also the person who was harassing Mark Curry shares the same last name as the hotel's general manager Neil Cramm who issued the statement about the suspensions.

Indeed a fun fact because it means he wasn't really suspended and he felt his entitlement was justified.
If it was a black man doing that to a Yt person, they would be fired. This puts a stain on the hotel brand name, and he should be sacrificed like we are every day.
