Trey Songz Sex Assault Lawsuit Dismissed

Earlier this year R&B singer / songwriter Trey Songz was slapped with a civil lawsuit after being accused of sexually assaulting a female friend six years ago [click here if you missed that]. 

The case has been dismissed...

According to reports a judge ruled this week that the alleged victim waited too long to file her lawsuit. 

The case, filed anonymously under the name Jane Doe, has been dismissed because the statute of limitations has run out.
