Since then Tim has been placed in solitary confinement after gettin caught with contraband...
According to reports Tim was placed in solitary confinement after it was discovered that he had unauthorized access to a telephone. The investigation noted that witness safety was now compromised because of the breach.
A ruling is expected this week to determine if Tim will be released from solitary after his attorney argued that he was only viewing evidence on the phone and not making calls.
Tim Norman is not allowed visitors or mail while in solitary confinement.
