Tim Savage shared his conclusion in a video clearing up rumors about one of the other parents involved in R. Kelly's case. Apparently some media outlets have been reporting that the Savages encouraged their underage daughter to seduce R. Kelly, info they allegedly obtained from public record.
However, Tim insists that's a different family and confirms Joycelyn didn't meet R. Kelly until she was 19.
