Ceaser Emanuel Turns Himself In on Animal Cruelty Charges

Last month Black Ink Crew's Ceaser Emanuel was investigated for animal cruelty after Ring video showed him viciously abusing his dogs [click here if you missed that]. 

Cease has just turned himself in on animal cruelty charges...

A spokesperson for the City of South Fulton PD in Georgia tells TMZ Emanuel turned himself in on Wednesday. Jail records show Emanuel is facing two misdemeanor charges of animal cruelty and one felony charge of aggravated cruelty to animals.
