According to reports TSA agents found a large stash of weed in Tory's carry on luggage for his flight out of Las Vegas on Sunday.
Tory was detained for a few hours and the weed was confiscated.
While weed is legal to possess in Las Vegas, it is a Federal offense to travel with it.
Tory was eventually released and an investigation is ongoing to detemine if any any charges will be filed.
