The killer has been sentenced to life in prison...
On Friday Michael Williams was sentenced to life in prison plus an additional 15 years for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He will be eligible for parole after serving 30 years.
Williams was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, and murder.
A key witness for the prosecution, a contractor who Tennyson was speaking with in his garage when Williams pulled up, testified that the shooter was angry because Tennyson owed him money, and shot him in the back as he was walking away.
Back in the 90s Michael Williams was convicted of manslaughter and spent 15 years in prison in New Jersey.
